We here at Cooper’s Bar-B-Q in Christoval, Texas happen to be the last original family-owned Cooper’s BBQ left. We serve authentic, traditional, live-fired Texas BBQ, using the same technique as George T. Cooper did, all the way back in the 50s. This is why “You STILL Can’t Beat Our Meat!”. We also happen to host some of the most talented musicians in the world right in our own backyard, which we refer to as, “Cooper’s LIVE!”. Now see why folks “Come For The Meat & Stay For The Beat!”. Where do I sit? Can I bring chairs if I don’t have a VIP Table or VIP Pod??
ALL General Admission(GA) ticketholders are welcomed and encouraged to bring chairs. We DO NOT have guaranteed seating for GA ticketholders (limited public seating is available, so COME EARLY). You may review the unique seating layout for each show on E-Tix.com for more info, as it is subject to change from a show-to-show basis.
If I have a VIP Table/Super VIP Pod, do all members of the group have to enter the gate together?
Nope! The ticket holder MUST show up first, and scan the ticket for entry. We will escort the following guests to their seats!!
Do y’all serve alcohol?
NO, we do not serve alcohol, but we allow our guests to bring in beverages of their choice by purchasing a “cooler ticket”, ONLINE or AT THE GATE. This ticket can be redeemed for entry of one beverage cooler. ALL outside drinks/beverages/liquids carried inside the venue require the purchase of a “cooler ticket”. We are able to keep the music comin’ in Christoval, TX because of YOU! Thanks for YOUR support. <3
A “cooler ticket”, huh? Sounds pretty Old School…How much are we talking here? What is the price of a “cooler ticket”??
YEAH! We are thankful that we can maintain a family-friendly, intimate atmosphere, where you don’t have to be 21 years old to enter, and can entertain the whole family! An entire group/family can use one cooler, which costs $20 per ticket, and their thirst can be quenched for the entire evening! It really is an old-school, unique experience.
COOPER’S CONCERT COMMANDMENTS
Kids 12 & Under receive FREE GENERAL ADMISSION (GA), but REQUIRE A TICKET TO ENTER VIP AREAS (VIP Tables/Pit Pass/Super VIP Pods). NO EXCEPTIONS!
8 GUESTS are allowed at VIP Tables & Super VIP Pods, MAXIMUM! Have more than 8? Choose two tables/pods next to each other!!
There is NO RE-ENTRY, under any circumstances.
We DO NOT ALLOW IN “OUTSIDE FOOD” , without exception. We serve food ‘til 11pm! Veg options available!!
There is NO RESTRICTION ON COOLER COLOR & NO SIZE LIMIT. =)
NO GLASS ALLOWED, PLEASE! i.e. liquor bottles, wine, longnecks
CLEAR BAGS ONLY! There are no size restrictions.
DO NOT STAND/CLIMB ON ANYTHING!! i.e. tables, chairs, fences, large rocks, woodpiles, etc.
FREE PARKING!!!
“BE NICE OR LEAVE!” The Silver, Golden, or Platinum Rule will suffice.
